Q: Can I contact you via phone?

A: Absolutely HAIRbyBOBBY does not have a phone line to accept inbound calls, but if the issue requires speaking on the phone we will coordinate a phone call with you. 

Q: How long do the bundles last?

A: With the proper care our bundles can last up to 2 years. We offer after care instructions on every package of hair that we send out for best practices approved by HAIRbyBOBBY.

Q: How much hair is in each bundle?

A: Absolutely HAIRbyBOBBY bundles contain 3.5 ounces per bundle. Our frontals contain approximately 75 grams, depending on length, and our 5x5 closures are 60 grams, depending on length.

Q:How much hair will I need?

A: For most traditional sew-ins you will need 3-4 bundles depending on the length and how voluminous you like your hair. When doing a frontal or closure installment, you will need to purchase a frontal or closure in addition to 3 bundles of your desired length, again depending on how voluminous the look you're going for.

Q: Where does your hair come from? Does it shed? Is it odor free?

A: Our odor-free and shed-free virgin hair comes from India.

Q: What is a closure? What is a frontal?

A: HAIRbyBOBBY is renowned for his frontal and closure installments, so we take special pride in ensuring the quality of both our frontals and our closures. Frontals and closures are special units hand-stitched with individual hairs to a beautifully blending lace texture that is installed over the crown of your head to fully complete your look. Our closures are all 5 inches by 5 inches, supplying you with room for parting and still serving that sleek natural hairline. Our frontals are 13 inches by 4 inches and can be installed over the ear-to-ear hairline. Both are sewed on soft, darker-pigmented lace with the most natural finishing look that does not require tweezing or dying.

Q:Can I bleach/color/straighten/curl this hair?

A: Our hair can be bleached, colored, straightened and curled. Absolutely HAIRbyBOBBY takes pride in ensuring our clients have the best hair possible. We recommend washing and conditioning hair after applying chemicals/products and intense heat to the hair. Remember ladies treat this hair like it’s your own!

Q: What is virgin hair?

A: Absolutely HAIRbyBOBBY is the most absolutely natural hair you'll find. Our virgin hair has not been altered in any way from its original state to when it reaches you. We have not dyed, bleached, or chemically straightened the hair. All of our virgin hair still has its original cuticles and we maintain these cuticles all in the same direction when putting them in the bundle. This means that the hair will look absolutely natural on your head.

Shipping & tracking orders:

Q: Is shipping free on all orders?

A: Shipping is free on all orders being delivered within the United States. Your Absolutely HAIRbyBOBBY product will be shipped from our warehouses located in New York.

Q: When will my order ship?  

A: It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day they are received. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will then receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link. Please allow 1-4 days for the tracking information to be sent.

Returns & exchanges:

Q: Can I return or exchange my order if I’m not happy with it?

A: Yes, we allow returns and exchanges within 30 days on all products that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. The main compartment must remain sealed in order for the product to be returned or exchanged. Please e-mail us at info@absolutelyhair.com with your order number to initiate your return or exchange and we will be more than happy to assist you further.

Q: Can I return or exchange my Absolutely HAIRbyBOBBY product without contacting you?

A: No. You must contact us prior to sending your product back for return or exchange, since the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. We will provide you with an RMA that facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund or exchange.

Q: Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return or exchange?

A: Yes, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you use a tracking option with your return, because Absolutely Hair will not be responsible for lost returns and exchanges.

Q: Why are Absolutely HAIRbyBOBBY products not able to be returned or exchanged if opened?

A: Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers.

Q: How long does it take for my refund to be processed for returns?

A: We will provide a refund on unopened products within 30 days of the date that we receive the returned product.

Q: When will I receive my exchange?

A: We will send the product that you requested for the exchange after we have received and inspected the returned product. It will then take 1-2 business days to process the order after we input it into our system. Orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered within the United States with standard free shipping.
